  1.   Physical inspection of the aircraft exterior and interior with pictures
  2.  List all avionics make and model
  3.  Review all log books to determine:
           a.   100 hour or annual inspections have been completed
           b.   Record tachometer and or hobs meter indications
           c.   337 forms for major damage and repairs
           d.   Engine and propeller time since overhaul
           e.   Ad's completed
    4.   Enter all information into the NAAA appraisal program with the various conditions
    5.   Calculate appraisal
    6.   Print appraisal with certificate of present value
    7.   Mail or e-mail completed report to you over night
